About the event
Join us at the Clocktower on Worth Ave between 5:20-5:30pm, and walk mindfully to the beach, where we will enjoy a soothing, relaxing, destressing and inspiring guided "I AM" Affirmation Meditation.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, towel, pillows or anything that would make you most comfortable during the meditation.
