GREEN GINGER SAUCE RECIPE


This vibrant green sauce is fresh, grounding, and alive with brightness. Made with kale, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, purple onion, Thai basil, and fresh lime, it brings a silky herb-rich depth to bowls, vegetables, pasta, or anything that wants a clean, nourishing finish.


Ingredients:


1 to 2 handfuls kale

1 tomato, chopped

2 to 3 garlic cloves

A generous piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

A small amount of purple onion

A handful of Thai basil

Juice of 1 lime

A splash of water as needed for blending

A pinch of salt

Black pepper to taste


Method:


Add the kale, tomato, garlic, ginger, purple onion, Thai basil, and lime juice to a blender.


Add a small splash of water to help everything move smoothly.


Blend until silky and smooth.


Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, extra lime, or a little more basil if needed.


Ways To Enjoy:


Spoon over warm pasta

Drizzle over roasted vegetables

Add to a grain bowl

Use as a dip or spread

Serve alongside rice, tofu, or potatoes
